The house is part of a 103 acre nationaly recognized sustainable tree farm (2007 Indiana Tree Farm of the Year and 2009 North Central Regional Outstanding Tree Farm of the Year). The property consists of naturally regenerated hardwoods, five wildlife ponds, three birding stands and various wildlife plots. The terrain is rugged with well maintained trails and marked property boundaries. The living room has an expandable table to comfortably seat eight. The large 52" HDTV recieves 26 over the air stations and is connected to a laser disk player with over 100 titles in case the weather prevents outside activities or you just want to take in a movie.
The kitchen has a full complement of dinnerware, utensils and cookware. A microwave, full size refridgerator, electric range and dishwasher make any preparations easy.
The master bedroom encompasses the second level.There is a large walk-in closet and attached full bathroom as well as a television and seating area.
Sliding doors open onto the balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the fenced yard and wildlife ponds beyond the yard. The sunrises are spectacular!
